Realiza-se a 6 e 7 de Junho, em Braga, a primeira Portuguese Perl Workshop.

Entre várias presenças nacionais e internacionais, destaque desde já para a vinda de brian d foy, que nos dias 4 e 5 ministrará formação Intermediate Perl Programming, e também para Marty Pauley, que fará a sua keynote Simplicity.
